PSD Med International provides specialized medical training and medics for select individuals and organizations working in High Risk and High threat environments globally. We have a select cadre of instructors with highly specialized medical training and real-world medical experience in some of the most dangerous places on earth. Our team of experienced Special Operations medics have crafted specialized medical instruction specifically tailored to individuals working on Protective Security Details, small teams or alone in remote areas with limited or no support.

We adhere to the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC) and National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) Tactical Trauma standards. We believe in constant review and improvement with a focus on keeping what is proven to work and remaining efficient. Improvised care is better issued than improvised. Our training programs are designed for the expert level Protective Security Detail member or Close Protection Officer to dedicated medics assigned to Specialized units, Special Weapon and Tactics Police Teams and Military.
